Respectfully, I beg to state that I am a poor student of class – (IX) in your school. My father is a mere farmer. He has no other source of income. This year heavy flood washed away the crops. The monthly income of my father is not enough to maintain our family well. He is unable to bear my educational expenses.

Under these circumstances, I beg to apply to your kind self to exempt me from payment of school fees for the year so that I can complete my studies in your school. For this act of kindness I shall remain ever
