Respectfully, I beg to state that it has been arranged to hold a cricket match between our school and ……………. High School. They have accepted our proposal . It will be held on coming Saturday at 10 am in our school play ground. It will be 25 over’s during 2 hours and 30 minutes time. Our P.E.T will conduct the match. You are requested to inaugurate the same as the chief guest.
