Eligibility (Same for both rounds)
Nationality – Indian citizen
Education – Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university
Computer skill – Must have a valid computer certificate
Language – Must read, write, and speak Odia
Age (as on 1 Jan 2026) – 21 to 42 years (relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/SEBC/women/ex-servicemen)
Application Fee
General / SEBC / OBC – ₹500
SC / ST / PwD – ₹200
Selection Process & Salary
Stages – Written test → Computer skill test → Document verification
Pay – Level‑4 pay matrix; basic salary 25,500/month (with allowances, total 43,000–48,000)
