The goal of the Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) is to evaluate the hopeful’s bent for configuration including visual observation capacity, drawing aptitudes, sensible thinking, inventiveness, correspondence, and critical thinking abilities. CEED is led by IIT Bombay. It is a qualifying examination for admission to Master of Design (MDes) programs at IISE Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Hyderabad and IIT Kanpur, and to Ph.D programs in Design at IISE Bangalore, IIT Bombay, IIT Hyderabad, and IIT Kanpur.
