Banglar Yuva Saathi (or Yuva Sathi) scheme is a newly launched initiative by the West Bengal government (announced in February 2026) to provide financial assistance to unemployed youth.

1. Core Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the ₹1,500 monthly allowance, you must meet the following requirements:
Age Limit: You must be between 21 and 40 years old.
Educational Qualification: You must have passed the Madhyamik (Class 10) examination or its equivalent from a recognized board.
Residency: You must be a permanent resident of West Bengal.
Employment Status: You must be currently unemployed (neither full-time nor part-time employment).
2. Exclusions & Special Rules
Ineligible: If you are already receiving benefits from other state-run social security or unemployment schemes (like Yuvashree or Yuva Utsaha Prakalpa), you cannot apply.
Eligible (Scholarships): You can still apply even if you are receiving educational scholarships such as Aikyashree, Medhashree, Shikhyashree, Swami Vivekananda Merit-cum-Means, or using a Student Smart Card.

Proof of Education: Madhyamik (Class 10) Admit Card and Marksheet.
Identity & Address Proof: Aadhaar Card or Voter ID.
