Mobile Number Link With Ration Card

This is under Khadya Sathi scheme run by Food and Supplies Dept, Govt of West Bengal.

Go to official site: https://wbpds.wb.gov.in
On homepage, scroll to ‘Special Services’ section and click on ‘Link Aadhaar and Mobile No. with Ration Card’
Select your Ration Card Category (NFSA / State) and enter your Ration Card Number > Click Search
Your card details will appear. Enter your 10 digit valid mobile number
Click Send OTP. A 4-digit OTP will be sent to your new number
Enter OTP > Click Validate / Verify and Submit. This completes the link

Once done, you will be able to get OTP for e-KYC, download e-ration card, and check status online.

You can also do it from the Khadya Sathi – Amar Ration mobile app > Services > Link Mobile with Ration Card.

If online doesn’t work:

Visit your Fair Price Shop (FPS) dealer or your Block / SDO Food & Supply office
Take with you:
- Original Ration Card + photocopy
- Aadhaar Card photocopy
- Mobile phone with the number you want to link
Ask for Mobile Number updation form, fill and submit. Dealer will update through e-PoS system and you will get an OTP to confirm.

One mobile can be linked to one family / one ration card. Use the number linked to your Aadhaar for eKYC – it makes verification easier.
Linking is mandatory now for eKYC. Without it you can’t do Aadhaar linking online
No fee is charged by government.
If your number is already linked but you want to change it, same process – new number will overwrite old number after OTP verification
