“Good morning, everyone! Today, January 26th, we celebrate India’s Republic Day, marking the day our Constitution came into effect in 1950, making us a sovereign, democratic republic. We remember our freedom fighters’ sacrifices and honor the values of justice, liberty, equality, and fraternity. Let’s pledge to be responsible citizens, uphold our nation’s diversity, and work for a stronger, progressive India. Happy Republic Day! Jai Hind!”.
Good morning to everyone, my respected teachers, and dear friends.
Today, we have all gathered here to celebrate our special national festival, Republic Day.
Republic Day is celebrated every year on 26th January with lots of excitement and happiness.
On this important day in 1950, India adopted its Constitution and became a proud republic.
We remember our brave freedom fighters and leaders who worked hard for our nation’s freedom.
A grand parade takes place on Rajpath in New Delhi, featuring colourful shows and brave soldiers.
The President of India hoists our national flag, and everyone sings the national anthem together.
Schools and offices celebrate this day with songs, dances, and little flag-hoisting ceremonies.
We should love, respect, and take care of our country to make it strong and happy.
