RENT AGREEMENT

Purpose: The premises shall be used for residential purpose only and not for commercial purpose
Electricity/Water/Maintenance: Electricity, water, and other charges shall be paid by the Tenant separately. These are not included in monthly rent
Sub-letting: Tenant shall not sub-let, assign, or part with possession of the premises to any person
Default: If Tenant fails to pay rent for two consecutive months, Landlord can ask Tenant to vacate
Notice: Either party can terminate this agreement by giving 1 month written notice.
Repairs: Minor day-to-day repairs to be borne by Tenant. Structural repairs by Landlord.
Inspection: Landlord can inspect the premises with prior intimation.
