We the inhabitants of village ……………… under ……………….Block beg to state that our village is a …………. village. It is a matter  of regret that there is no proper facilities for drinking water. The tube wells in the village became out of order. The river nearby became dry. People are compelled to use the tank water as their drinking water for which cholera has been broken out around the village again and again. Two have been died in cholera. Without pure drinking water the situation would be serious. Precautions are badly needed. Therefore, we pray you to be good end kind enough to take preventive measures in our village, …………… and oblige.
