Sir,

We the  inhabitants of  ……. under ……………. Block in the district of ………………….., beg to state that our area was fully destroyed in the supper cyclone of October 13 Th. Most of people became homeless. More than one hundred drowned and died.

Houses, crops were washed away. Domestic animals live with people on the open field. All are suffering without food and drinking water. There is everywhere water and water. Shops and bazars are closed. If no steps would be taken immediately the situation would be more panic.

We, therefore, pray you to be good and kind enough to take immediate steps for supply of relief so that we may be highly obliged to you.
