Dear Sir,

I have the honor to inform you that my son ……………… is an H.S.C. Examine for

…………….. High School……………, this year. His roll no. is ………….. and the examination center is Govt. Boys’ High School, ……………. The examination is to commence from 15th March 2020, but it is a matter of regret that unfortunately  ……………….. has attack of Chicken pox from 11th March and has been advised bed rest. The medical certificate is also submitted herewith.

However, since the candidate has had a good preparation and he is curing, he may appear in the examination if you could kindly arrange a sick bed for him in the examination center.
