CM Kisan Status check
CM KISAN portal of the State will serve as one-stop registration platform for all category of farmers to enroll themselves as beneficiary for both PM KISAN and CM KISAN schemes as per eligibilty. This portal is meant for inclusion of Small and Marginal farmers and Landless Agricultural Households (LAH) of rural areas under CM KISAN Scheme. Medium and Large Farmers of both rural and urban areas shall also apply in CM KISAN portal for verification and consideration under PM KISAN scheme as per their eligibility.
Eligibility Criteria
Small & Marginal farmers of both rural & urban area.
Landless Agricultural Households (Rural landless labourers who are depending on agriculture as their main activity)
For both the components applicant must be a permanent resident/ domicile of Odisha.
The fund will be directly transferred to the Aadhaar seeded bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

Multiple members from one family
The farmer or his /her spouse /family member an income tax payee /Government/PSU sector employee/other agency including retired staff/pensioners Death case.
Former and present holders of constitutional posts, former and present Ministers / State Ministers and former/present Members of Lok Sabha / Rajya Sabha / State Legislative Assemblies /State Legislative Councils, former and present Mayors of Municipal Corporations, former and present Chairpersons of District Panchayats.
Professionals like Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, and Architects registered with any Professional bodies.
Farmers not having valid ration card.
